They make your problems go away (although Grounder denies this). They help you see ordinary things in a WAY cool way! Magic Drugs containing impurities cause Pickle Surprise, and other nightmarish hell (Always make sure that your Magic Drugs are pure.). Magic Drugs in an injectable form, in addition to the effects of regular Magic Drugs, also greatly increase your muscle mass. However, if you aren't careful, you'll be labeled as a cheater.
