He later left the Coney Island Disco Palace as he could no longer pay rent. He is credited with saving the now torn-down Coney Island Disco Palace. A statue in his honor now stands where the Coney Island Disco Palace once stood.

Obsessions
King Koopa is known to have an obscure obsession with his key also known as This Key. Unfortunately it was eaten by Yoshi in the form of Yoshkins (who later gave this key to Conker) causing him to spiral into a deep depression. It turns out that the key was then used to free the Princess from King Koopa's raping chamber.
