DiC (or DiCk) was a company founded in 1971 that made all the best YouTube Poop moments; the inspiration of Mama, Egg, Stone, Farmer, and Retard Luigi (but not Gay Luigi), as well as many jokes used in poops.

In 2008, they were acquired by Cookie Jar Group, and were soon folded into Cookie Jar Entertainment.

They made:

• Darkstalkers (the cartoon)

DiC still had a grip on Yoshi back in Super Mario 64.

• Despite rumours on the internets, they didn't dub Sailor Moon (which was made by Tiertex). It was actually Disney that did so.
• Without them, we wouldn't have I'D SAY HE'S HOT ON OUR TAIL. What a dark world that'd be!
• Mistaken for a god.
• Not to be mistaken with Dick.
• Was known infamously for its Kid in Bed logo.
• Dic was known for having racist and offensive stereotypical characters in their cartoons.
  • Some of their stereotypes included Dr. T. Garden (Japanese stereotype from the cheesy Koopzilla episode), Professor Von Schlemmer (German mad scientist stereotype), everyone from Desert Hill/Land (Middle Eastern stereotypes), among others.
  • They also turned the Mario Bros. into bad Italian-American stereotypes.
• Their animation was so shitty that in some cases, colours would actually be wrong.
