It might also be what's for dinner or, more likely, breakfast.

Sagat's feelings for them are so heartwarming that people want to die become inspired by it. Sagat wants them for his breakfast every single day. He also believes that if he isn't with his cornflakes for at least 6 hours, he'll actually commit suicide. Even with ripoffs like Frosted Flakes, he still prefers the power of cornflakes.
