Magic drugs are good for you. You can obtain them if you have Money.
Effects
They make your problems go away (although Grounder denies this). They help you see ordinary things in a WAY cool way! Magic Drugs containing impurities cause Pickle Surprise, and other nightmarish hell (make sure that your Magic Drugs are pure). Magic Drugs in an injectable form make your problems go away, allow you to see stuff in a way cool way, and, in addition to the effects of regular Magic Drugs, also greatly increase your muscle mass, though shrink your balls.
How to Take Them
Take "one" from someone other than your parents or your Mama Luigi.
How NOT to Take Them
First, ya say "NO!" (or "no thanks").
