The Electric Cheese is a well-known Youtube pooper, often responsible for the popularization (mostly controversial) of several pieces of material (For Example, Volvic commercials), particularly through 2007. He is also known as one of the first poopers to implement musical remixes as part of a Youtube Poop. In addition, he produces idents for Youtube Poop, which although widely used, are not officially supported by youchewpoop.com. These idents contain the slogan, "Where there's smoke they pinch back". (See mrSimon idents).

Online, he is also known as "mrSimon", in the past uploading Youtube Poops to his alternate account, "mrSimonAlt".

Criticism
 +
Without doubt the biggest amount of criticism that The Electric Cheese receives is thinly disguised jealousy of his success. Some argue that his work does not merit the attention that it receives and that he is only prolific because he is skilled at marketing and self promotion.
 +
He often trolls the forums and is as likely to post offensive remarks as he is to be helpful or friendly.
 +
Despite being a user of the youchewpoop forum he often behaves as if the place is below him and his occasional visits (when promoting his latest work) are treated by him as if he were royalty. Likewise he rarely co ordinates any community activities with anyone and instead is dependant on his own cache'.

*The Electric Cheese does things his way, does want he wants and nearly always gets away with it. (See what I meant about the ego?)
 +
*Never worried about criticism he is happy to take an idea, expand upon it and make it his own. It is this which has resulted in a lot of unfounded accusations of theft (especially when from obscure sources) from those who don't understand the nature of derivative art culture.
 +
*He has a brilliant eye for what will be popular and has initiated a number of fads and trends.
 +
*Despite his hard man of poop reputation, which he re-enforces by being abrasive and shouting etc. The Electric Cheese is in fact a complete geek. Both in life, (as evidenced by his class honours degree) and in poop The Electric Cheese's dedication to detail is what makes his work stand out. When The Electric Cheese makes a poop he didn't just knock it out in half an hour, he spent time thinking, working and making decisions inform by the mistakes of others.

The Electric Cheese's "style" is half context construction, half ear rape.

Achievements

 • Currently holds the world record for having the Largest Ego in the world and recorded history. He stole this title previously from Sonic.
 • The Electric Cheese is currently the 20th most subscribed comedian in the UK, with over 2'000 subscribers. (As of June 08)
 • The Electric Cheese appeared on national TV as he attended a Big Brother eviction in 2006.
 • The Electric Cheese has created many Youtube Poop related remixes as "mrSimon". Remixes such as Stay here while I bash Koopa football playas, temperature rising getting HAAAAAWT and Ganon hates grating cheese
 • The Electric Cheese's most popular video "Mama Luigi is a nuclear weapon" has over 45'000 views. (As of June 08)
 • Fads the Electric Cheese has begun include Hotel Mario (Every noun replaced with an explosion), Antipoop and The bomb dilemma. He is also considered to have esculated the popularity of the DIS IS A VOLCAYNO fad.
 • In addition to the above fads, The Electric Cheese has appeared in some poops as himself, creating the phrases STOP!, I WAS DYING, I WAS BORED.. I WAS A VIRGIN! and I'm never using that again.
 • His video idents are still some of the most requested clips on the Youchewpoop.com forums.
 • The Electric Cheese's amazing editing skills landed him with a job at Travelers Tales in UK, where he has worked on such titles like LEGO Indiana Jones for Nintendo DS.
 • On the original MrSimonAlt account, "MAMA LUIGI IS A NUCLEAR WEAPON" was the first ppoop to reach 100,000 views (even beating out "What is Spaghetti?". This is not counting Manwith10Toes's Sparta remix video that was on the account Manwith10toes2)

Music

Outside of the Youtube Poop world, The Electric Cheese is known as mrSimon. mrSimon composes music in addition to creating Youtube Poops, and when it comes to creating Youtube Poop related music, its officially released on Last.FM under mrSimon.

mrSimon's music is known to cure cancer.

mrSimon has a number of non Youtube Poop related albums, such as "No Tech", "Your Mums Gay", "Your Mums Face" and "Your Mums Fat".

These tracks appear in The Electric Cheese's poops, and are avalible for public download.

Official tracks

Unofficial Tracks

These are just a few tracks that appear in The Electric Cheese's poops, however they are not intended for MP3 download

 • "Crank Dat"
 • "GET UP!"
 • "Meanwhile on the sinister world"
 • "We can still monitor his every move"
 • "Or is it the bagel"
 • "We rescued the crops!"
 • "My cum is dangerous"
 • "Dexter eats a unicorn sandwich"

Criticism

Without doubt the biggest amount of criticism that The Electric Cheese receives is thinly disguised jealousy of his success. Some argue that his work does not merit the attention that it receives and that he is only prolific because he is skilled at marketing and self promotion. He often trolls the forums and is as likely to post offensive remarks as he is to be helpful or friendly. Despite being a user of the youchewpoop forum he often behaves as if the place is below him and his occasional visits (when promoting his latest work) are treated by him as if he were royalty. Likewise he rarely co ordinates any community activities with anyone and instead is dependant on his own cache'.

Trivia

 • The Electric Cheese does things his way, does want he wants and nearly always gets away with it. (See what I meant about the ego?)
 • Never worried about criticism he is happy to take an idea, expand upon it and make it his own. It is this which has resulted in a lot of unfounded accusations of theft (especially when from obscure sources) from those who don't understand the nature of derivative art culture.
 • He has a brilliant eye for what will be popular and has initiated a number of fads and trends.
 • Despite his hard man of poop reputation, which he re-enforces by being abrasive and shouting etc.
