Ludwig "Kooky" Von Koopa (B. 1968) is very cruel and evil, he was once the second head of the Schutzstaffle, only taking orders from Heinrich Himmler, and Adolf Hitler. He is the eldest of all the koopa kids.

Story

Ludwig Von Koopa was the second-in-command of the Nazi Army, but after Hitler hung himself, Kooky assumed control. In a battle with the Soviet Army, he was captured, and was hung.

In the '60s, he was reincarnated as the eldest son of King Koopa, and now serves a re-animated Hitler in a second attempt to conquer sie vorld fir Deutschland (Which is failing miserably, so far, as the only place they have control over is Stuttgart).

• Planting a bomb that killed over 9000 Jews and an Asian in April of 2009.
• Killing Jewish girls while in bed.

Death

During the war, Ludwig tried to keep the army going after Hitler hung himself, but was arrested by the Allies. He was hung in 1945, heiling Hitler one final time before falling though the gallows. 23 years later, in 1968, he was reincarnated as one of King Koopa's 8 children.

Misc.

• He is addicted to French fries.
  • In fact, he thinks that he could change history if he had a little bit of French fries involved.
• Owner of the haunted Thump Castle Hotel. He has had complaints from customers over the vanishing doors.
• His Castle Hotel is often confused with Hyrule Castle.
• He invented the Kooky Cookie in Paper Mario.
• Aided Inuyasha in defeating Ronald McDonald.
• He got a cool sounding voice for New Super Mario Bros. Wii.
• In the period between Hotel Mario and the 3rd revival of Adolf Hitler, Ludwig got a job with the military, and was stationed in Japan. There, he learned to flutter jump by watching Yoshies. After Hitler's 3rd revival, he left the military to serve his fuehrer.
