I decided to make my first YTP around June 2014. It was an entry to MoBros' Morbid Madness Collab made in Final Cut Pro X, and obviously, it sucked. I made a few more YTPs with the software before switching over to my current editor, Sony Vegas Pro 13. I had a more mainstream and modern style in the videos I made during that time.

2015 was probably the big booming period for my YTPs. While the poops I made during the beginning of the year were more reminiscent of my 2014 style, it was only till around the summer of that year when my style suddenly began to shift. I began taking a more brain rape-y and fast paced approach to my videos, after discovering some poopers with that style. I also started to obtain some plugins, as well as start to experiment with 3D stuff, after I got bored with Vegas' default effects. It was also around this time when I started to interact more with the community, especially on Twitter and on YouChew. I made many friends around this time (plus coming across a few people who I hate). In fact, I met my current boyfriend (Internabang) through the YTP community and we have maintained a steady relationship since! While I have had many bumps in the road during my stay in the YTP community, my experience in this has been a pleasant one, and I hope to make more videos, as well as make more acquaintances and friends in this community in the future.  <!-- How this person discovered Youtube Poop; the who, what, where, when, why, how. NicePooper.jpg This article is about a creator of YouTube Poop videos, known as a Youtube Pooper.

In Brief

Hey-o, name's Palette. I'm one of those weird brain rape-y kind of poopers (though I delve into more kinds of styles at times)

History

I first found YTP through some fads that were going on in around 2008/2009, namely the WarioWare microgame fad. YTP kinda disappeared from my radar for a few years until I rediscovered and got into it more during 2011 - 2014, and I mostly watched the big-name YTPers at the time, including EmperorLemon, cartoonlover98 and MoBrosStudios.

Likes

  • YTP (of course)
  • Drawing
  • Animation in general (cartoons, anime etc)
  • Image editing (mostly just silly ones)
  • General video editing (non-YTP)
  • Talking to my friends and other people online (most of the time)
  • Music (any genre really. but i do have a preference for electronic music)
  • Other stuff that I find fun and/or interesting

Dislikes

  • Poor use of trippy/brain rape styles in YTP
  • Mistakes in video editing from other people (and, a lot of the time, myself as well)
  • Annoying/rude people in general
  • Stalkers and creeps

Reception

My YTPs have generally had positive reception amongst other people and poopers, with many especially praising my poops from mid-2015 onwards for their usage of effects, fast pacing and jokes.

Criticism

Not a whole lot to say here, but I do make way too many collab entries. Plus, my YTPs are often below the 1 minute mark, with many viewers wishing that they were longer.

Achievements

  • Has almost 500 subscribers and almost 50,000 views across all my videos.
  • Has quite a few popular YTPers subscribed to her, including Trudermark, cartoonlover98 and coolcat001100.
  • Had gotten a shout out during the opening of coolcat001100's SammyClassicSonicFan collab, after I helped him with finding many entries to the collab.
