A Rick Roll is a trap involving an amazing, yet bullshitty lie (like, lets say, having Leon S. Kennedy who's most famous for being in Resident Evil 4 become a playable character in Killer 7 as an example) to lure unsuspecting people to the Rick Astley video "Never Gonna Give You Up".
