This video game franchise, created by SNK, is considered by many people as one of the best run-&-gun shooters of all time. In fact, it is so good, people, such as myself and Screwattack, actually consider it as the only run-&-gun series that can actually compete with Contra. The series still goes on as a mobile game called Metal Slug Defense and has gotten 7,000,000 downloads and above at the Play Store leaving its competitor to die out of survival, but the amount of downloads could help them make another game that may bring them back to the top.

After the persecution of Morden, The King ended up being evil due to the fact that he was eating Anti-Uctions during breakfast. He then decided to rule the world but that didn't turn out great when his boi called for help, so the Metal Slug gang surrounded the King and unpossessed him with Holy Uctions.
