NicePooper.jpg This article is about a creator of YouTube Poop videos, known as a Youtube Pooper.

In Brief

Hello, I'm BadBuffalo. My videos tend to vary in sources. Although I don't make poops very often, they tend to satisfy my viewers for a while until I make my next work. I started in 2009 and have improved much since I began. I used to be a constantly-updating spadinner guy, but I started to slow down to make sure that I was making quality videos. I now only have several videos left on my channel because I deleted so many of my older ones. I currently have 221 subscribers.

History

I started in '09 when I was just 10 years old, when spadinner jokes were still relatively funny. I found this concept to be hilarious at the time and decided to give it a go at some of my own videos. I tried making a few poops of the Progressive commercials with Flo, and then a poop of the Hotel Mario cutscenes. The result was a disaster. I constantly made new videos (using various sources) until I realized that they kinda sucked. After a while, I got some new editing software and slowly improved until my poops started having a lot more variety and better jokes. I started to receive some support from more well known poopers as well. The old poops are all gone now and I promise to make only quality videos in the future.

Style

My simplistic style consists of mostly jokes and minimal effects, straying far from the popular "heavy-editing" style of today. I just want to have fun while making my videos and I don't want to feel like I'm pushing myself too hard, as that would defeat the purpose of YouTube Poop. Within my videos, I will occasionally use the overused "sus" joke (a la DaThings1) or some mild effects, but I never make it too fancy, as I'm rather amateur with my video-editing software. Many of my fans have come to appreciate the style, and I hope to see more people use it in the future... considering most videos I see today are filled with ear rape, stuttering, excessive masking, frame skipping, and screen shaking.

Preferred Sources

Basically, whatever I feel like using. A little SpongeBob here, maybe some Billy Mays here, a splash of TF2 and Obama... whatever I find that's poopable. As long as some ideas pop into my head while watching a video, I'll consider pooping it. I DO take requests sometimes, btw.

Preferred Software

Dislikes

  • Spadinner still being used in 2012
  • Throwing a bunch of memes everywhere in the video for no reason, a la Waxonator.
  • Constant ear rape.
  • School - every part of it
  • People who beg for a subscription
  • WTF BOOM
  • Shoop Da Whoop
  • This new popular style of pooping, where people just use a bunch of SFX from their software and throw it in at random moments, and then be finished with it and add nothing else.
  • Poorly-pitched YTPMV

Reception

His older poops were strongly hated, but over time, he learned and has gotten praise from other Billy Mays poopers such as Nashmetal100 and bluegroove157. Some poopers such as PotatoShitz are even subscribed, showing just how good some poopers with less than 100 subs only can be. Many consider him underrated because of this.

Criticism

He got quite a bit of flack for using spadinner jokes back in the day (around 2010), and that's when he started to realize that they weren't going to be popular anymore. He style has definitely changed, and since he doesn't get very much feedback, he hasn't really gotten any criticism at all recently.
