He is the grim reaper of YouTube poop.
He takes the souls of the dead to the Pit, where they are recycled either as the same person, or into a new person. He is small, and with a pathetic tiny voice that gets pissed when people note that. Nowadays, he has become bored of tending to the pit all the time. He also gets pissed when the same person dies over and over again.
If you have eaten a Green Mushroom, he will allow you to continue living, since Green Mushrooms give you figurative dragon breath.
