Whelt is a YouTube pooper. He uses various sources. That's all you need to know. Also, I never feel like updating this so I am leaving it as very general. He pissed off this guy without knowing it by making one of the first Super Mario Sunshine poops. He temporarily retired his duties of being a moderator, but recently came back to the same position.
