Ludwig Kooky Von Koopa is very cruel and evil, he was once the second head of the Schutzstaffle, only taking orders from Heinrich Himmler, and Adolf Hitler. He is the eldest of all the koopa kids. also, he became a rapist and got a jod at Mcdonalds

Story

Kooky Von Koopa was the second-in-command of the Nazi Army, but after Hitler hung himself, Kooky assumed control in a battle with the Americans, but was killed.

60 years later, he was reincarnated as the eldest son of King Koopa, and now serves a re-animated Hitler in a second attempt to conquer sie vorld fir Deutschland (which is, so far, failing, as the only place they have control over is Stuttgart).

During the war, Kooky tried to keep the army going after Hitler hung himself but was arrested and hung. about 40 years later he was re-incarnated along with Hitler

• His real name is Ludwig von Koopa.
• Owner of the haunted Thump Castle Hotel. He has had complaints from customers over the vanishing doors.
• His Castle Hotel is often confused with Hyrule Castle.
• He invented the Kooky Cookie in Paper Mario.
• He should have been a playable character in Super Smash Bros. Brawl but instead they put in Sonic the Hedgehog who isn't even a fucking Nintendo character in the first place. Thankfully, to make up for that mistake, Nintendo decided to him and his other brothers and his sister as bosses for the current newest Mario game called New Super Mario Brothers Wii.
