This article is filed under Characters.Ludwig Kooky Von Koopa is very cruel and evil, he was once the second head of the Schutzstaffle, only taking orders from Heinrich Himmler, and Adolf Hitler. He is the eldest of all the koopa kids.

Story
Kooky Von Koopa was the second-in-command of the Nazi Army, but after Hitler hung himself, Kooky assumed control. In a battle with the Soviet Army, he was captured, and was hung.
23 years later, he was reincarnated as the eldest son of King Koopa, and now serves a re-animated Hitler in a second attempt to conquer sie vorld fir Deutschland (Which is failing miserably, so far, as the only place they have control over is Stuttgart).
Criminal Record
- Planting a bomb that killed over 9000 Jews and an Asian in April of 2009.
- Killing Jewish girls while in bed.
- Robbing Wal-Mart.
- Serving a re-animated version of Hitler.

- Escaping from jail.
- Was accused for aiding King Dedede in the stealing of the 600 pizzas from Mona Pizza.

Death
During the war, Kooky tried to keep the army going after Hitler hung himself, but was arrested by the allies. He was executed by the Soviet Union in 1945. 23 years later, in 1968, he was reincarnated as one of King Koopa's 7 children.
