Story

Kooky Von Koopa was the second-in-command of the Nazi Army, but after Hitler hung himself, Kooky assumed control in a battle with the Americans, but was killed

60 years later, he was risen from the dead along with Hitler by a secret gang of Nazi decendents to once again attempt to conquer the world, though Kooky was once again secong-in-command, he got a part time job at Mcdonalds and likes to rape Anime/Manga girls

• His real name is Ludwig von Koopa.
• Owner of the haunted Thump Castle Hotel. He has had complaints from customers over the vanishing doors.
• His Castle Hotel is often confused with Hyrule Castle.
• He invented the Kooky Cookie in Paper Mario.
• He should have been a playable character in Super Smash Bros. Brawl but instead they put in Sonic the Hedgehog who isn't even a fucking Nintendo character in the first place. Thankfully, to make up for that mistake, Nintendo decided to him and his other brothers and his sister as bosses for the current newest Mario game called New Super Mario Brothers Wii.
