Bad Fucking Medicine
Bad Medicine is an essence that is even stronger than Mama Luigi AIDS. Yoshi is the only one who knows the whole formula for Bad Medicine. Chad Warden, a former worker of Yoshi's drug store spilled info about Bad Medicine, however. It was too late to get all of the info on how to make Bad Medicine because, Chad Warden was shot by one of Yoshi's employees.
