Marvel Vs. Capcom 3: Fate of Two Worlds
Description[edit]
Marvel VS Capcom 3 is a fighting game from Capcom announced on April 20, 2010. It arrived on February 15, 2011, and it is glorious. It is worth noting that its initials spell out: "MVC3 FTW".
There is now a waste of money upgrade called Ultimate Marvel VS Capcom 3, coming November 2011.

Disconfirmed Characters[edit]
Unfortunately, Niitsuma, the game's director, has also confirmed many other characters will NOT be in the game. These include Gene from God Hand, Phoenix Wright (although they are talking about him being a DLC character, especially in Europe), Mega Man X, Punisher, Ghost Rider, Doctor Strange, any further Darkstalkers characters, Silver Surfer, Strider Hiryu, Frank West (he was so close, too), Ken Masters, and Gambit (FFFFFFFF). Why he took out these characters despite them being highly requested is anybody's guess, (and for that matter why Capcom thought it would be a good idea to tell their fans they weren't going to make it) but let's just pray to god that some of them get in as DLC. While this whole DLC deal didn't really pan out, some of these "disconfirmations" were red herrings since they wound up in Ultimate Marvel VS Capcom 3. Hooray?
In the words of the Angry Video Game Nerd, "What a shitty ass load of goddamn bullfuck!"
Usage[edit]
It should be used sometime soon...
Disliked by[edit]
- Anyone who likes the disconfirmed characters.
Further Information[edit]
- It will be the first Marvel VS Capcom game to use a California voice cast, as opposed to the previous games which were recorded in Toronto.
- Because of this, many voice actors can reprise their roles from recent animated series and video games, like Josh Keaton as Spider-Man (The Spectacular Spider-Man), Steven Jay Blum as Wolverine (pretty much all recent X-Men media), Kyle Hebert as Ryu (Street Fighter 4), and more.
- Some consider the Tatsunoko Vs. Capcom games released on the Nintendo Wii as a test to see whether people wanted Marvel Vs. Capcom 3. If it was, then it must have succeeded.
- This game is so awesome, you'd choose to buy it instead of having sex with two extremely hot bisexual girls.
