Dr. Albert W. Wily is a character who appeared both Captain N: The Game Master and Mega Man. Dr. Wily oftens wears a clean lab coat who forgets to put his wallet in and hates both Captain N and Megaman. He also created Gutsman's Ass Da-Naaa as well as 64 robot masters. He has recently begun a new plan to PULL THE MOON... OUT OF ITS ORBIT.
