Will Smith: The main character, he moved to Bel-Air from Philadelphia. He once got shot and forced Carlton to give him a hug.
Carlton Banks: He is a stupid kid who takes too long to talk on game shows. He once got trapped in a cage in a pigeon suit or summat.
Ashley: She is a person of no interest. In one episode, she dated Jaleel White.
Vivian: The mom. She got replaced.
Vivian 2: The new mom for seasons 4-6. She has whiter teeth and is less brown than Vivian 1.
Hilary: She has a talk show where she does nothing.
Nicky: Some kid who popped out of nowhere. He got traumatized when Will beat up a guy in a whale suit
Geoffrey: He's the family's slave. It's kind of odd they have a slave of their own race.
Jazz: The only thing he ever does is get thrown out of the house. Not related to the Transformer.
