Sam and Max
Description
Sam and Max (also known as "Rabid Dog and Bunnyman") is a series of point-and-click games created by Lucasarts and Telltale Games. The games were based on Steve Purcell's comic about a "canine shamus" Sam and his crazy partner, Max. The first game, "Sam and Max Hit the Road", was a cult classic and paved the way for cartoons and merchandising. Though the franchise hit a low point, in 2006 a new "season" of 6 games was created by Telltale, consisting of developers from Lucasarts. Three seasons of the new games now exist, and have been collected on Wii and PC.
