The Baker (His real name is currently unknown.) is a baker from Gamelon who irresponsibly leaves his baked goods in the oven too long, often exclaiming "My cakes will burn!" when he remembers them. Upon doing so, he whooshes out of sight to retrieve the burned cakes. Despite this, his burned products are enjoyed by Link, who eats them every day. The Baker also wants people to come visit him in Sakado. No one is sure why he wants this, but many suspect it isn't for noble reasons. The Baker was also a war veteran, and helped Fat Mario destroy King Koopa's castle and also served in the Vietnam War with King Harkinian in 1968.
