Description[edit]
DuckTales is a cartoon that was launched in the late 80s to improve the quality of animation that was either toy commercials or limited. Based loosely on the Uncle Scrooge comics by Carl Barks, it was a success and aired for 4 seasons . It had a theatrical film called "DuckTales the Movie: Treasure of the Lost Lamp" in August of 1990 and the show's finale aired in November of the same year. There was also a (surprisingly good) NES game based on DuckTales made by Capcom. In 2013, a remake of that game was released and was also good(but GameSpot hated it for some unknown reason).
The theme song is legendary among cartoon fans.
