Jimmy Neutron is a CGI cartoon turning into 2D by Butch Hartman. His friend, Timmy Turner went to the mall, and yell at the mall manager, Dr. Robotnik. Basically, he's a genius, but he screamed so slow.
TVBPoop is a pooper who makes poops out of it. As they tried, on crack & into the mall, and upcoming, president of the United States & Meets Grounder.
He has brown hair, and he is a son of Bill O' Reily along with Timmy Turner & raised by Robotnik, Dr Rabbit, Mama Luigi & George the Volcano. As they made a taco out of it.
