Magnum Bill can often be found chasing after Mario alongside his comrade (and rumored lover), The Koopa Wizard.
Spends most of his time at his summer home in Dinosaur World during his off-season.
Has an affinity for large-bore weapons, all manner of expensive Cognac, and a particular style of male prophylactics.
Looks a lot like the band mascot for Disturbed.
