LinkOnDrugs (abbreviated: LOD) is a popular pooper who mainly poops Spongebob, but other sources too. He became popular through a mix of having people feature his videos and just being a Spongebob pooper. His poops tend to have a horror aspect to them in the sense that it may have a story line intertwined in the poop with some gory scenes, insanity, stuff of a creepy nature and many other things. However, he is quite popular for that.

History

LinkOnDrugs saw his first poop in 2008 and ever since then was hooked.

In October 2012, after uploading a YTP titled 'Slulsman Documnetary', LOD vanished for about two months, then, two days following the Sandy Hook Elementary School Shooting in Newtown, Connecticut, uploaded a video titled 'american tragedy #54762387068979', which garnered around 5,000 views, before being deleted from his channel (along with another Spongebob poop titled 'Lieutenant Luffa & the Hash Slinging Strangler!'. From January 2013 and onward, LOD has been creating YTPs with 3D video-editing effects that are seldom exploited in other YouTube Poops, he has taken to these effects and has garnered a larger following since he begun this editing technique, standing at 21,000 subscribers as of March 2014.

His backup account, LinkOnMeds (also known as Link 2.0) was suspended on March 10, 2014 for copyright violations. On March 20, ten days after the initial suspension of his LOM account, LOD has re-uploaded most of these short clips from his terminated LOM channel, in a 13-minute video titled 'LOD reups' [can be found here].

He is a multi-source pooper, even though he has a majority of SB poops and had conducted some brief dabbling in MLP:FiM around early 2012 (these videos have since been deleted). Several of his poops ranging from early to mid 2013 had Elfin Lied sources.

Link tends to keep his editing techniques disclosed from his fans, though some speculate the extensive and appealing effects he loiters around with in his videos would be done in Sony Vegas, and Adobe After Effects (particularly CS5 and 6).

He has been known to use any type of Sony Vegas.

Criticism

Same criticism every SB pooper gets, even though he's actually pretty decent. He also received criticism for using 9/11 jokes, but he's only making them now to aggravate those who complain about them. Some of his dark scenarios, particularly in the first quarter of his video 'Spongebob discovers another dimension within himself', contain some disturbing, yet brief material that is of least concern. In one of his more popular videos, 'Spongebob gets crucified by angry 90's kids kids (what's that anime? lain)', there is a scene from Elfin Lied where a puppy is violently beat to death with a vase, the man killing the dog is supposed to be Jeffrey Dahmer, several offended users posted negative comments and threatened to flag the video. Link took these threats as a pinch of salt, even replying to one of them proclaiming "uh oh...looks like link is in trouble again!"
