As a verb
Feelings is a term used by some people (most notable Sniper) when they stab somebody through the chest, preferably from the back, accompanied with the assaulting person saying said word. To be killed by a feelings, the affected person recieves feelings permanently.

As a noun
Feelings can also refer to the people who have been assaulted in the way stated above. A person with feelings may at times be seen with a big hole through their chests, signifying that they have feelings. At times, however, it is not as noticable.
