Adventure Time is a cartoon created by Pendleton Ward. It premiered on Cartoon Network at April 5, 2010, and the pilot episode premiered on Nickelodeon's Random! Cartoons show. It is about a boy with an awesome hat, Finn (originally Pen in the Nick pilot) as he goes on ridiculous adventures with his friend, Jake. Jake is a magic dog with the ability to shape shift and can connect to the Internet with his mind. They also go snowboarding on the backs of penguins and Finn goes back in time to Mars and meets Abraham Lincoln.
