Big Bill Hell's Cars is obviously located in Baltimore, Maryland. It is the dealer where King Harkinian bought his AMC Pacer used in 1980, which he bought to run to Morshu's Dinner Palace, without consuming a lot of fuel. It is also where Wario bought the Wario Car (after his Trans-Am was destroyed in 1986).
