Description
Kamen Rider is a Japanese action/sci-fi TV show first aired in 1971. From its humble roots of cyborgs taking down neo-nazis, the show has since broken into the U.S. market through masterpieces like Kamen Rider: Dragon Knight, and Saban's Masked Rider.
The current season focuses on Kouta Kazuraba, Kamen Rider Gaim, who, along with Bananaman and other dance crew riders in the strange corporate city of Zawame, use strange interdimensional seed padlocks to transform and have wicked fights. The season is written by the guy who wrote Madoka Magica and claimed in an interview that influence will be drawn from early Heisei riders such as the similar-to-Madoka Ryuki, the goal of which is to create a series designed to take viewers on a wild ride.
