When it comes to YouTube Poop, his claim to fame is the quote, "The balls are inert". This line has seen some use in poop, but it's not as popular as its brother, "Over 9000".
The Balls Are Inert[edit]
This line originated when Gohan proposed using the Dragon Radar to find the Dragon Balls before Majin Buu. Piccolo reminded Gohan that since Dende had died, it had rendered the Dragon Balls inert, making the Dragon Radar useless (besides, he forgot it in his other pants pocket). Unfortunately, Piccolo dropped the "dragon", and the line came out sounding incredibly snickerworthy. It was made popular by Kajetokun (who also popularized Over 9000 and many other Dragon Ball memes) and it all got worse from there.
