It can often be found at your school's computer lab, when a bunch of freshmen gather together to tawk about the internet. Seems like people just feel like spouting shit they think no one knows about in a weak attempt at getting people into it nowadays. It was created on [[4chan]] (who'da thunk it?) when someone photoshopped a picture of Cell from ''[[Dragon Ball Z]]'' blasting a laser from his mouth. The photoshop added [[Racism|blackface]] and an accompanying caption. Videos such as "The Lazer Collection" helped make the meme popular.

An embarrassingly old meme from Over 9000 years ago that people still stick their penises into. It can often be found at your school's computer lab, when a bunch of freshmen gather together to tawk about the internet. Seems like people just feel like spouting shit they think no one knows about in a weak attempt at getting people into it nowadays. It was created on 4chan (who'da thunk it?) when someone photoshopped a picture of Cell from Dragon Ball Z blasting a laser from his mouth. The photoshop added blackface and an accompanying caption. Videos such as "The Lazer Collection" helped make the meme popular.

It is often accompanied by cries of "Longcat is loooong!" and "Double you tee eff, mate".
