The man who gave us Mama Luigi.

Phil Harnage is a screenwriter. His work on various video game cartoons (most notably Mama Luigi) contributed to the bedrock of YouTube Poop culture.

The Pope conducted an interview with Phil Harnage, marking one of the greatest coups of the YouChew Writing Staff. Harnage provided interesting insight into the behind-the-scenes processes of the cartoons he worked on. He was completely unaware Mama Luigi became so major in a niche community (calling it "like winning the lottery but no one told you"), and revealed that the "That's Mama Luigi to you, Mario!" line was a reference to him using the retort "That's Mister OCD to you, bud." towards one of the show's producers during an argument.
