In the Combuskenisawesomeverse, Malkor is the leader of Warstar, which under his command has proven to be very inept at the prime objective of conquering or destroying Earth (to the point of being upstaged by two of the MEGAMEAT rangers at one point) with his commanding ability being either angry shouting, or poor/vague instructions given to his subordinates. He is uncaring about his subordinates, even going as far as to never bother learning the name of Beezara, and when the Earth was briefly in Hell, briefly gave up altogether.
In the MAZZ0Murderverse, He is the grand leader of the Warstar fleet. He comes to Earth and sends out Creepox to investigate the planet to find that it needs protection from the recently revived ancient evil, Gosei. He sends his trusted allies in battle to take on the MEGAMEAT Rangers, but quickly discovers that they pose more of a threat than he imagined. As a result, Malkor seeks help from Mr. Burley to find a way to defeat MEGAMEAT and an alliance is born. Malkor also allows Vrak and Creepox to try and come up with ways to stop the rangers, and in one instance, MEGAMEAT Black is destroyed. His victories are often only short lived as the MEGAMEAT Rangers manage to strengthen their forces with Jordan, later the revived Robo-Jordan Knight, and the resurrection of Jake. After Creepox suffers a stroke in battle, Malkor refuses to except that Creepox is still alive. He goes as far to refer to him as "Destroyed Creepox" when speaking to him, but never truly excepting he's actually alive.
- Vrak
In the Combuskenisawesomeverse, Vrak is the second-in-command of Warstar. He has an affinity for stroganaff and despite his plots and plans, still ends up exposed as the coward he is, often running away from battles when it becomes clear the rangers will defeat him. He often explains things poorly and his primary asset is an immunity to unpleasant sounds.
In the MAZZ0Murderverse, Vrak is Warstars's main tactician. He gets deeply involved in his studies of the MEGAMEAT Rangers in hopes to find a way to take them down. Sometimes obsessively so. Once Mr. Burley allies himself with Warstar, they often work together to further this progress. This leads to the discovery and alliance with the Toxic Mutants.
- Creepox
In the Combuskenisawesomeverse, Creepox is a Warstar general who showed his utmost loyalty to Warstar upon Troy and Emma destroying Earth and sending it to Hell. He discovered a love for meat (particularly steak) and singlehandedly launched a plan to resurrect Earth, albeit at the cost of his own life. Thus, ensuring that Malkor would un-give up the goal of conquest and Warstar would continue now that there was an Earth back to conquer.
In the MAZZ0Murderverse, Creepox is strong, compassionate, and deeply devoted to what he sees as his duty to protect the Earth. Despite the constant irritation of Troy forgetting his name, Creepox remains polite and kind. He goes so far as to intervene in a bullying situation to try and make small contributions to better Earth as well. Creepox later suffers from a stroke when battling the MEGAMEAT Rangers and is forced to retreat when he becomes overpowered. Though still active, he still suffers from some side effects of his stroke as well as not having his existence acknowledged by Malkor who doesn't believe Creepox is alive anymore.
- Mr. Burley (MEGAVEGGIE) (MAZZ0Murderverse)
Known on Earth as a science teacher in the same high school as the MEGAMEAT Rangers, Mr. Burley is approached to join Warstar early in the battle against MEGAMEAT. Wanting the world safe from evil as well, Mr. Burley enlists the help of Yuffo who is able to successfully defeat the MEGAMEAT Rangers for a time. He works diligently with Vrak to find ways to stop the evil rangers, which leads to the alliance with the Toxic Mutants. Mr. Burley is also able to develop his own ranger powers at this time to become MEGAVEGGIE so that he might fight the rangers head to head in combat. He is armed with the Veggie Bow, Veggie Axe, and the Veggie Toaster. In a confrontation with Robo-Jordan Knight, Mr. Burley discovers that Robo-Jordan Knight seems to fear the Veggie Axe.
- Beezara (Combuskenisawesomeverse)
Beezara is a top general in Warstar, or would have been if it weren't for Malkor's apathy for her, resulting in her being called names with Ruth and Barry. After suffering a bout of this abuse in the middle of a mission, she went into despair and decided to sabotage the plan to destroy the rangers by sucking out Emma and Gia's bad feelings as well as unparalyzing the male rangers (which proved to not even work because the world hates her). The rangers still pulled through and even following a resurrection she didn't want, the rangers finally destroyed her for good, finally freeing her from her miserable life.
- Bigs
In the Combuskenisawesomeverse, Bigs is one of the toxic mutants born when toxic chemical fumes cause the rangers to hallucinate and the delusion power concentrate became channeled through Troy's dream/reality melding ability. He doesn't like humans because Jake disproved his belief about humans not lifting their fingers by lifting his finger.
In the MAZZ0Murderverse, Bigs is is the "brains" of the two Toxic Mutant leaders who were discovered by Vrak and Mr. Burley. He . Bigs quickly allied with Warstar since he was already convinced that the MEGAMEAT Rangers needed to be stopped. In combat, he is able to deflect most of Troys attacks to his blubber-like body. He also seems to suffer from his own short-memory issues as he will, like Troy, ask "Who are you?" every so often.
- Bluefur
In the Combuskenisawesomeverse, Bluefur is one of the toxic mutants born when toxic chemical fumes cause the rangers to hallucinate and the delusion power concentrate became channeled through Troy's dream/reality melding ability.
In the MAZZ0Murderverse, Bluefur is discovered when Vrak is studying him pooping. Seemingly less intelligent than Bigs, Bluefur is the brawn of the two Toxic Mutant leaders. However his is still able to see the problems the MEGAMEAT Rangers are causing and allies with Warstar. He has shown his fearsome power against the MEGAMEAT Rangers only once.

- Narrator
In both universes, he typically goes off on tangents about OUR WORLD and the premise of the series. His speaking becomes less coherent and understandable if he ever veers off the subject of OUR WORLD.
- Ernie
In both universes, runs a juice shop in the mall that the rangers hang out at. Has a Gabumon fursuit and cup-repairing powers in the Combuskenisawesomeverse.
- Mr. Burley (Combuskenisawesomeverse version)
An eccentric teacher who gives out quizzes he insists on calling "tests". He enjoys peeping on public fuckers, atomic energy, and hitting students (and himself) with a rake. After exposure to an atomic toaster of his own design, he eventually turns into a monster that can freeze people (temporarily) by eating their shadows and is slain by Delu-Knight, under the control of Troy.
- Jordan (Combuskenisawesomeverse version)
A guy who despite not being one of the rangers, is accused as being a faker (presumably Emma started this as part of her meanness) despite constant explanation that he is not a MEGAMEAT ranger.
- Gosei
In both universes, the being who gives the carefully-selected MEGAMEAT Rangers their powers and gives them weapon and Zord upgrades from time to time. Tends to be unhelpful and jerky outside of that though.
- Tensou
In both universes, a constantly malfunctioning and stuttering robot.
- Bus Driver
In both universes, he drove the bus that Troy took to his first day at Harwood County School. He becomes explosively frustrated at Troy in the Combuskenisawesomeverse while in the MAZZ0verse he never gets to that point due to Troy blowing up the bus as revealed in a Gaiden episode.
- Hot Dog Vendor & Construction Worker
In both universes, the Construction Worker is buying a hot dog from the Hot Dog vendor. Possibly may re-appear in the MAZZ0Murderverse or they might not.
