Her real name is Guadalupe Pérez Perales ALIAS "Lupe" (often mentioned Lupay).
She has in her power the AIDS rubbee, which "replaces" souls by melting victims then transforming them into pig men under her control.
She has a huge zit that grew so large that transformed into a third eye.
