Toad can be described as fussy and whiney. He has developed a dislike towards Birdo, which is met with a dislike by Yoshi.
Legal Issues
Toad was arrested for ecstacy posession at a Mushroom Kingdom Rave in late 2006.

Death
Toad was punched to death by Soda Popinski after Toad spilled his soda. Toad was bringing Soda Popinski a glass of Fanta, and tripped. The Fanta spilled everywhere. Soda Popinski, who is the world's biggest soda fan, was very pissed-off about this, so he ran-over to Toad and started punching him. Toad would eventually start to bleed, and eventually die from blood loss. He later rose fom The Pit at an unknown time.
