The Evil Bilbo picture was originally posted by Gamecubehero on October 13th, 2007, in the The Picture Spam Thread on the Youtube Poop Forum. It is a common internet meme, and GCH had known about it LONG before October 7th. After Gamecubehero used the picture, he would quote other picture spammers using the picture repeatedly. This picture is generally now considered a spam picture, as it has been used multiple times in the forums, in a sense mirroring the earlier spam of Dog Flipping a Pancake done by Scorpion1996.
