One Piece
One Piece is an awesome manga/anime series created by Eiichiro Oda. Though it is probably the most popular manga of all time in Japan, it has serious competition in the West and was killed by one of the worst dubs of all time.
Description
Monkey D. Luffy wants to be the King of the Pirates for some strange reason. He just has two problems: 1: He ate the Gum Gum Fruit, preventing him from swimming ever again, and 2: He's a complete idiot. Luffy travels the world finding shipmates as he seeks to find the titular One Piece (it's the name of a treasure, not a swimsuit) and become King of the Pirates.

- Monkey D. Luffy - The main character who is a Dhalsim rip-off.
- Roronoa Zoro - A master swordsman who uses three swords at once.
- Nami - A thief with no modesty. She's also the navigator of the crew.
- Usopp - A liar and a great Sniper.
- Sanji - A pervert who's often seen with a cigarette. He loves cooking, and women.
- Tony Tony Chopper - Despite being a reindeer, Chopper's a pretty damn good doctor.
- Brooke - A skeleton... with an afro.
- Franky - A cyborg who looks like Jim Carrey.
- Nico Robin - One of the few women who isn't a Nami clone. Also an archeologist.
- Vivi - The princess of Alabasta who stuck with the crew for around three story arcs.
- Karoo - Vivi's pet duck.
- Portgaz D. Ace - Luffy's brother who uses fire.
- Captain Smoker - Despite supposedly being an enemy of the Straw Hats, he has helped them on a few occasions.
- Tashigi - Smoker's female assistant who looks like someone from Zoro's childhood.
- Sir Crocodile - A pirate and the head of Baroque Works.
- Gold Roger - The King of the Pirates.
- Django - You've been hit by, you've been struck by, a smooth criminal!
- Captain Kuro - Django's employer. Poses as the butler of one of Usopp's old friends, but is actually a fearsome pirate.
- Enel - A god.
- Buggy the Clown - This clown can separate each individual part of his body. He returns several times following his initial defeat.
- Shanks - A pirate who gave Luffy his hat.
