This article is filed under Characters.Toad is the Princess's guard and servant that always fails to protect her from Bowser.
He was also a playable character in Super Mario Bros. 2/USA, New Super Mario Bros. Wii, as well as a character in The Super Mario Bros. Super Show! and Adventures of Super Mario Bros. 3, though is usually an NPC.

- He is hated by nearly all gamers of the '80s, almost as much as the dog from Duck Hunt.
- Has sued Dr. Mario many times for malpractice. However, he has never won these lawsuits.
