A disease caused by sex. It results in your face dying, and is very funny, unless it is caused by Mama Luigi him/herself. Some have said the CD-i is the source of all AIDS, but Mama Luigi actually gave the CD-i AIDS.
AIDS in advanced forms, can take form into simple things such as flasks, or more complex things like skeletons (or in rare cases,Super AIDS). It can also infect people and cause them to behave strangely, before giving them the AIDS seed (Known as HIV). The forces of Hyrule have been working to stop the anomaly, but so far, they have come up with nothing.
Potential Cures for AIDS
- Good Medicine in the form of reluctant Skull Rafts.

Permenant Cures for AIDS
There are only three ways one can completely get rid of AIDS. They are:
- Kill Mama Luigi. This is a difficult task, but is do-able when empowered by Uctions. Keep in note, Mama Luigi will resurrect his/herself shortly after slaying him/her.
- Make Robotnik Happy, which can only be done by capturing Sonic.
- Kiss the King, for luck. This only has a 3% chance of working, but it is easy to do.

Octorok AIDS
A little known about form of AIDS that is rumored to be an urban legend around Hyrule. It seems that the only way to get Octorok AIDS is by eating Octorok shit.
