When he was born
He was bon in 1964 giving vomiting to cum by Mama Luigi, Froggo, Jimmy Neutron, Timmy Turner, Dr Rabbit, Link, Robotnik & George the Volcano. Then, all of the sudden... "OH SHIT!" He was born to vomit and have tourettes syndrome.

There are some great uses of Tourettes Guy in poop but as with all good things he has not been used as carefully as he could have been. I well 'Bob Saget' can be brilliant but by taking and entire 'episode' of his and retiming it and otherwise messing around with it without much thought or work has meant the sight or sound of him in a poop these days is often met with disdain.
