Blue Koopa was murdered by Whore Yoshi when they were having sex.
Revied from the dead
Blue Koopa's body was found in a dumpster behind Hotel Mario. George the Volcano gave him a bottle of Volvic Revive to save his college room mate. After a while, Blue Koopa revived from the dead.
