Luigi comes in four different forms:
- Retard Luigi - Only converted to this form once at the end of the Super Mario World Episode, The Yoshi Shuffle. In this mode, he is easily confused by balls.
- Gay Luigi - Mario's but buddy on the journey to defeat the mighty toasters.
- Mama Luigi - Satanic creation made of hate and childrens souls.
- Stone Luigi - Luigi gets obsessive compulsive disorder about a football.
