Robby Rockwell is a half-human-half-Koopa hybrid form of [[King Koopa]] that sells televisions for [[Rock TV]]. Not much is known about him, but he is born whenever King Koopa wants to turn people's brains into mashed potatoes and decides to invent television. His upper half is human and his lower half is reptilian like King Koopa's.
