Robby Rockwell is a half-human-half-Koopa hybrid form of King Koopa that sells televisions for Rock TV. Not much is known about him, but he is born whenever King Koopa wants to turn people's brains into mashed potatoes and decides to invent television. His upper half is human and his lower half is reptilian like King Koopa's. He's also able to temporarily have an upper half that more closely resembles King Koopa's, but doing so also gives him a red sweater.

Trivia[edit]
- His eyes are hollow and filled with despair
- His lips don't move when he talks, due to watching too many cartoons
- Since he has King Koopa's lower half, that means he has his reproductive system too.
- He sounds like King Koopa
- That bump on his neck is actually his brain. The inside of his skull is instead filled with mashed potatoes.
- The reason he charges a coin a minute is because coins are a medicine he needs to take every minute to help with his glaucoma
- His hands are green despite being in the human half. This is not due to his Koopa half, but instead the result of picking his nose and smearing the boogers all over them.
