*NO RANTING- Chewiki is not a blog, so don't write rants in articles. If you want to rant, go write a blog somewhere else.

*No lying- Comments like "George Bush is a racist", or "Obama is gay" are not accurate, and should not be put into articles. This includes categorization in the same vein.

*No derogatory comments- Comments like "Obama is a nigger", or similar derogatory comments may be true, but are also used as an insult, which can be offensive.

*Stay inline with the existing character guidelines- In addition to the above guidelines, politician articles should also fall within the existing character guidelines, since Politicians are also characters in Youtube Poop.

*Mark articles as biased- If you feel that a politician article is biased, and violates any of these guidelines, use this template, so that we can work towards removing the bias from the article.

If these guidelines are followed, then we can all be happy, and we can all avoid a long, ranty argument that leads nowhere.

Guidelines for Politician Articles[edit]

In Chewiki, November 23, 2019

The past guidelines which demanded neutrality for politicians came from a different staff in a drastically different era, and are now discarded. From this point forward, politicians are free to be lampooned so long as it's not in an edgy, 2008-era manner. There is only one major bit of criteria to follow: the politician in question should have enough relevance to YouTube Poop or its associated community.

For example, dew deleted the pages of any US president that didn't have enough community relevance. The status of said presidents's pages is as follows:

 • Abraham Lincoln had a page that was since deleted due to community irrelevance.
 • John F. Kennedy had a page that was since deleted due to community irrelevance.
 • Richard Nixon still has a page because he was a noted injoke on YouChew (particularly via me).
 • Ronald Reagan still has a page because of Whelt's popular YTP of him.
 • Bill Clinton had a page that was since deleted due to community irrelevance.
 • George W. Bush had a page that was since deleted due to community irrelevance.
 • Barack Obama had a page that was since deleted due to community irrelevance (though unlike the other deleted presidents, has a relevance case to be made due to the glitched up M. Bison reacts video).
 • Donald Trump still has a page because he has been a common YTP source since the beginning of his presidential campaign.
