Banjo-Kazooie (1998)[edit]
The adventure starts when Grunty finds out that Tooty is the prettiest girl of them all, so she kidnaps her so she can steal her beauty. Banjo, Tooty's brother, and his friend Kazooie travel around various places and collect jiggies so they can save Tooty before it's too late. In the end, Grunty is defeated and buried alive under a boulder, and Banjo saves his sister.
Banjo-Tooie (2000)[edit]

Gruntilda's sisters release her from her boulder, but this time, the witch is only a skeleton with a dress. Banjo and Kazooie had to defeat her once more. Among the many other new features in the game, Kazooie can get out of Banjo's backpack.
Banjo-Kazooie: Grunty's Revenge (2003)[edit]
Basically the same as Banjo-Tooie, but Grunty is a robot. Takes place between Banjo-Kazooie and Banjo-Tooie.
Banjo-Threeie[edit]
This is the cancelled GameCube sequel to Banjo-Tooie. In 2002, Microsoft bought Rare for $375 million. Ironically, all that came out of it was Grabbed by the Ghoulies, an okay prequel to Perfect Dark, and those Kinect Sports titles. Rare fans didn't like the company's partnership with Microsoft, saying that it was a bigger disaster than Disney buying Marvel.
Rare also made a game that might be Banjo-Threeie in a sense, but it's still debatable, as that game was...
Banjo-Kazooie: Nuts and Bolts (2008)[edit]

After 8 years (without counting the GBA spin-offs), Banjo and Kazooie are fat Grunty comes back (well, at least her skull comes back) and some guy called the Lord of Games turns the game into a racing game instead of a platformer. It looks like a cartoony version of Need For Speed. Even for an acceptable sequel, it was still disappointing. Luckily, JonTron threw the game into the ocean, defeating the evil that possessed Nuts & Bolts.
