Youtube Touch was a short-lived opponent of Youtube Poop that proclaimed the end of YTP on January 13, 2008. It lasted about 8 days before they eventually surrendered to YTP on January 21, 2008.
There were only 3 YTT videos, all hosted on separate accounts:
- The first one proclaimed the end of YTP, and it was essentially an AMV with the R.E.M. song "It's the End of the World As We Know It (And I Feel Fine)".
- The second video contained a speech by Microsoft Sam and an Ear Rape.
- The final YTT video was an announcement by Microsoft Sam that Youtube Touch is out of business, ultimately considered to be the final surrender of YTT to YTP.
In addition, a 4th video proclaiming the return of YTT surfaced in October of 2008, but nobody cared enough to pay attention.
Response[edit]
In response to the end of Youtube Poop, many poopers decided to make responses denouncing the end of YTP. These ranged from an AMV of Billy Joel's "We Didn't Start the Fire", to a video of King Harkinian and Princess Zelda laughing about it.
In addition, the comments sections of the YTT videos, as well as the responses, were filled with confrontations of YTT by fans of YTP, many announcing to fight with various items from YTP, such as Dinner, Bombs, Spaghetti, etc.
