This article describes a recognised Poopism: a method of video editing that has been used by a number of poopers.{{#ev:youtube|LIPP3gXgEPM|320}}

Live Pooping is a poopism where poopers mess with the playback rate bar while previewing the source in Sony Vegas. A pooper can then record the preview window using screen recording software while changing the pitch of the video and reversing it.
Along with the playback rate bar, the J and L keys can be used to change the pitch and direction while previewing the source.
Live Pooping is also possible in Adobe Premiere Elements by messing with the Shuttle bar while previewing the source. However, there does not exist any keys in which to control the pitch or direction.
