Live Pooping is a poopism where poopers mess with the playback rate bar while previewing the source in Sony Vegas. A pooper can then record the preview window using screen recording software while changing the pitch of the video and reversing it.
Along with the playback rate bar, the J and L keys can be used to change the pitch and direction while previewing the source.
